Places, books, equipments and life facilities which are meet the teaching demands.
Necessary initial fund and steady income

Application form
Regulations of China-foreign cooperation school organization; name list and certifications of board of directors or joint-managers.
Cooperation agreements
Evaluation report
Legal person qualification certificate and organization certificate
Degree and certificate of graduation
Qualified president or chief executive officer、teachers and financial staff 
Qualified foreign teachers and managers
Valid proof of organization asset
Financial income, amount and certificates 
Donation agreement if has something donated by others
Procedures:
Download and fulfill the application form from the official website of ministry of education---- submit application form and documents to the related office---- the office check the documents and transfer to office of ministry----- the office of ministry check the materials and put forward with ideas----- the leader will review and make decision-----convey to the related office----submit to the applicant
