It is always held in two forms: set up agent and jointly hold projects. The degree and certificate should meet the following provisions: a. programs and agents of Chinese-Foreign Cooperation in Running Schools are legally set. B. Both the foreign and Chinese schools are in the same level and degree education. C. the curriculum and teaching content of the foreign education agents should meet the qualifications in its country. D. The degree awarded by the foreign agents should be the same as it is issued in its country and admitted by its Ministry of Education.

Article 45, the following certificates are not in the authentic range:
