List of study abroad agencies certified by the Ministry of Education in Jiangxi province

The Ministry of Education reminded the study abroad students that they must choose the reliable quality schools. When you apply for foreign country schools through the study abroad agency, you should check whether it has the self-financing study abroad agency qualification certificate issued by the Ministry of Education. You should also check whether it has the business license issued by the local administrative department for industry and commerce. This license can prove the agency is allowed to expand its business as a self-financing study abroad agency. Check its situations of core qualification. At the same time, you should understand the qualifications of the schools you want to apply through the formal channels. You should check these schools’ certification documents from the embassies and consulates, understand whether the agency has signed a cooperation letter of intent or agreement with the colleges or universities. As well as understand whether the cooperation letters of intent or agreements are approved by the local education administrative departments of province, autonomous district or municipality. When you sign the study abroad service agreement, you should not only add the core interests of both sides in the contract but also confirm whether the name of agency signed in contract is the same as the name of its qualification certificate. When you pay the costs, you should ask for valid invoice or receipt stamped with enterprise financial special seal, in order to avoid unnecessary loss.
