Expose the five big problems of overseas study agency including qualification sub tenancy and fake advertising publication
2012 overseas study consumption report which from "overseas study consumption guiding book" Edited by CCA released recently. Deputy Secretary of CCA Li Yuanguang introduced that there are 5 main problems in the present overseas study agency market.
These problems are the followings: Part of qualified agencies lent their qualifications to others and collect so-called "management fees", they are the "umbrella" of illegal agencies and making fake materials and advertisement as well as arbitrary charges and also carrying out unconfirmed overseas programs; some unqualified agencies develop overseas study activities illegally.
The overseas consumption report which edited by some senior overseas study experts introduced comprehensively according to the consumption knowledge of overseas study and notes, the content involves overseas study consumption situation of every country, consumption of all ages, different increments service on consumption of overseas study and visa, different consumption levels of foreign consumption such as work and immigration etc in 8 aspects. This report also helps consumers understand the basic knowledge and legal way of application and avoid errors and trap consumption.
According to statistics, China has now become the world's largest source country of international students, 14% international students are from China. In 2011, 339,700 Chinese students go abroad, in 2012, the number increased to 410,000, and in 2013 the number expected to 450,000. Among them, about 20,000 people going abroad for exchange or business study, 380,000 people study abroad at their own expense.

Individual agencies have fake propaganda, unknown charges and forged all kinds of fake material etc. in order to obtain profits, all these cause the increasing number of complaint by students and lay hidden dangers for the future of the students’ career.
