II. Bairun Education Autism Rehabilitation Training Base
o Brief Introduction to the Training Base
The Bairun Children's Behavior Rehabilitation Training Center in Qingyunpu District, Nanchang City, subordinate to Bairun Education, was established in October 2019. It is a teaching demonstration site set up by Jiangxi Management Vocational College (formerly Jiangxi Civil Affairs School) and Ganzhou Teachers College for the development of autism rehabilitation disciplines. The center has two floors with a construction area of about 1,000 square meters, equipped with one-on-one intervention classrooms, sensory integration classrooms, situational game classrooms, construction and development classrooms, art cognition classrooms, and music rhythm classrooms. At present, there are more than 20 rehabilitation team members, including BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst), BCaBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst), psychological counselors, social workers, professional teachers graduated from special education and early childhood education, and teachers with TEM-8 (Test for English Majors - Band 8) proficiency. They are respectively responsible for the construction of the curriculum system, the improvement of teachers' skills, the formulation of personalized intervention plans, the introduction and localization of advanced foreign intervention methods, the training of professional teachers, and the teaching tasks of all courses. Since the establishment of the training base, cultivating the "morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics, and labor" of special children and helping them integrate into society as soon as possible has been the common goal of all teachers. At present, hundreds of children have entered ordinary schools for inclusive education after receiving good rehabilitation. The center has always adhered to the rehabilitation concepts of "acceptance, respect, attention, innovation" and "scientific assessment, precise intervention", actively integrated with advanced international autism rehabilitation methods, and wholeheartedly served the majority of autistic patients to help them integrate into society as soon as possible and embrace a better future.
