1.Assist the Chinese party in preparing documents for the application and approval of Sino-foreign cooperative education programs to the Provincial Department of Education and the Ministry of Education (if application is required);
2.Assist the Chinese party in communicating with foreign educational institutions;
3.Assist both Chinese and foreign parties in formulating the teaching and training plan for the Sino-foreign cooperative education program;
4.Help the Chinese party in contacting and daily supervision (if any) of students in the program during their study at foreign educational institutions;
5.Assist the Chinese party in publicity, consultation, and follow-up work for students in the program who go abroad for further study (for junior college to undergraduate programs);
6.Help the Chinese party recruit foreign teachers to teach in China in accordance with the requirements of foreign educational institutions;
7.Assist the Chinese party in coordinating and arranging for school leaders and teachers to further their studies, study, or visit foreign schools;
8.In accordance with the requirements of foreign educational institutions, help the school guide students in international cooperation programs to complete course selection, visa application, homestay arrangements, etc., before and after their first departure abroad.
