Nanchang Bairun Vocational Training School Co., Ltd., subordinate to Bairun Education, is an institution focusing on training professional rehabilitation teachers related to autism, developmental delay, and developmental disorders, and is also responsible for the research and development of its curriculum system. In July 2022, Jiangxi Disabled Persons' Federation awarded the school the title of "Provincial-Level Standardized Training Base for Rehabilitation Professionals in the Disabled Persons' Federation System". In 2019, 2021, and 2023, the school assisted Jiangxi Employment and Entrepreneurship Service Center (subordinate to Jiangxi Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security) in compiling Assessment Standards for Special Vocational Ability in Intervention for Preschool Autistic Children, Assessment Standards for Special Vocational Ability in Behavioral Analysis of Autistic Children, and Assessment Standards for Special Vocational Ability in Guidance for Special Children Studying in Regular Classes. After being reviewed and approved by relevant medical and psychological experts in Jiangxi Province, these standards were approved by Jiangxi Employment and Entrepreneurship Service Center to set up examination sites.
The school has gradually formed a unique curriculum and teaching system by adopting the method of "introducing and learning from others, and independent research and development". The improvement of this system has laid a solid foundation for the training of rehabilitation teachers. The school has compiled many textbooks, including Lesson Plans on Psychology and Characteristics of Children Aged 0-6, Practical Training Manual for Autism Rehabilitation Technicians, Family Guide for Autistic Children, Emotions and Intervention Strategies for ASD Children, Positive Behavior Support System for Autism Education and Rehabilitation, NET (Natural Environment Teaching), Manual for Intervention in Home Living Skills of Autistic Children, Manual for Home Training of Children's Oral Muscles, Curriculum Outline for Kindergarten-Primary School Transition of Autistic Children, Picture Books on Social Skills for Autistic Children, IEP (Individualized Education Program) Teaching Outline for Autistic Children, and Manual for Skill Assessment of Autistic Children. At present, the school's R&D team is introducing and localizing Academic and Vocational Skill Assessment System for Special Children to lay a foundation for researching and developing the vocational education curriculum system for special children.
The school has a strong teaching team, including BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analysts), BCaBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts), doctoral degree holders in psychology, master's degree holders in education, master's degree holders in medical management, as well as many rehabilitation teachers with special education teacher qualification certificates, preschool education teacher qualification certificates, and various autism rehabilitation skill certificates.
