Ministry of Civil Affairs' Department of Children's Welfare Conducts Research Visit to Nanchang Bairun Center on Rehabilitation Services for Children with Autism in Difficult Circumstances

On November 17, 2025, a research team from the Department of Children's Welfare of the Ministry of Civil Affairs visited the Bairun Children's Behavioral Rehabilitation Training Center in Qingyunpu District, Nanchang City, to investigate rehabilitation services for children with autism in difficult circumstances. Officials from the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Civil Affairs and the Nanchang Municipal Bureau of Civil Affairs accompanied the visit.

The research team conducted an on-site inspection of the center's classrooms, specialized functional rooms, public areas, smart systems, and teaching research achievements. They observed children's classroom activities firsthand and received detailed briefings on rehabilitation progress, teacher staffing, the number of children enrolled, and treatment outcomes. Upon viewing videos documenting the children's significant improvements in rehabilitation records, the researchers expressed satisfaction with the center's scientifically grounded, precise, and highly effective rehabilitation services.eZb1764912247gjPief2.jpg

The research team emphasized that the rehabilitation of children with autism is a systematic endeavor requiring compassion, patience, and expertise, as it impacts the future of every “little star” and the well-being of their families. They expressed hope that the center would continue to uphold its professional commitment, continuously enhance the quality of rehabilitation services, and called upon all sectors of society to offer greater understanding and support to the autism community. Together, they aim to build a broader platform for the children's rehabilitation and development.
