Bairun Education Year-End Summary Meeting

The wheel of time turns slowly, and 2024 fades into the distance. Through out this year, the Bairun Children's Behavioral Rehabilitation Training Center in Qingyunpu District, Nanchang City, faced countless challenges. On the morning of January 19, 2025, the center convened its 2024 Annual Summary Meeting to collectively reflect on the past year's hard work and to launch the beautiful visions and prospects for the new year.

The meeting commenced with teachers delivering sequential work reports, providing a comprehensive summary of all activities conducted through out 2024. They highlighted distinctive strengths in their work—such as effective measures implemented in curriculum instruction and parent communication—alongside substantial educational achievements, including exemplary rehabilitation case studies. Equally candidly, they addressed existing weaknesses and shortcomings, while offering forward-looking perspectives for future development.

Subsequently, the Teaching and Research Department delivered its annual work report, offering meticulous feedback on the grassroots teachers' presentations. This feedback acknowledged achievements while providing constructive suggestions for addressing identified issues.

Administrative staff provided a detailed review and summary of their work across multiple areas, including Party branch activities, educational instruction, moral education initiatives, and logistical support.

Concluding the meeting, the center's two directors highly commended the summaries from each department and sincerely acknowledged the dedicated efforts of all special education colleagues. They emphasized that the team innovates and grows each year, with overall standards continuously improving, expressing full confidence in the Bairun family. Throughout 2024, teachers demonstrated dedication and compassion in rehabilitation work. The Teaching and Research Department implemented effective measures in curriculum development, training, and R&D, yielding fruitful educational outcomes. Every staff member deserves commendation.

Despite the achievements of 2024, numerous challenges lie ahead in 2025. As autism rehabilitation deepens and societal demands for educational quality rise, we must continuously elevate teaching standards to meet these challenges. We must actively respond to the Party and government's call, strengthen Party-building leadership, solidify our educational foundation, and contribute more to the advancement of special education.
