To further enhance the professional competence of autism rehabilitation educators across the province, strengthen diagnostic assessment and rehabilitation intervention capabilities, and support relevant institutions in improving autism rehabilitation services, the 2024 Provincial Standardized Training Program for Key Technical Personnel in Autism Rehabilitation was held on November 7, 2024. Over 60 rehabilitation educators from rehabilitation institutions and medical units throughout the province participated in the training.

This training program covers professional awareness in autism rehabilitation, principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), language behavior teaching methods, PRT (Relationship Reactive Training), interpretation of ABLLS-R assessment results and IEP customization and implementation, as well as intervention strategies for problem behaviors.

The training program integrates theory with hands-on practice, facilitating the transformation of theoretical knowledge into practical skills through demonstration exercises and operational guidance. Additionally, group training sessions and practical demonstrations help participants consolidate existing experience and enhance professional competencies. On-site Q&A and experience-sharing segments provide participants with practical and effective coping strategies and methodologies

Upon successful completion of the assessment, participants will receive the Specialized Vocational Skills Certificate in Behavioral Analysis for Children with Autism issued by the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security.

During this offline training session, participants studied diligently and engaged in active discussions. Attendees highly praised the comprehensive, meticulous, and practical course content, as well as the intuitive and effective on-site guidance and hands-on exercises provided throughout the training.
In post-session interviews, participants unanimously agreed that the training proved highly beneficial, significantly enhancing their professional expertise in special needs rehabilitation. Trainees expressed their commitment to actively applying the acquired rehabilitation concepts and practical techniques to continuously optimize their work performance, elevate service quality, and deliver more effective, efficient, and professional rehabilitation services to children with special needs.
