Autumn is the season of harvest and an ideal time for excursions. With a small backpack on our shoulders, snacks in hand, and hearts brimming with curiosity and longing for the unknown, we embarked on an educational journey to Nanchang Rongchuang Ocean Park.
This event, themed “Ocean Exploration Journey—Autumn Parent-Child Study Tour,” aims to spark children's interest in natural sciences and ignite their curiosity through hands-on experiences. It cultivates their observational skills and deepens their understanding of marine life and its ecosystems.
On the morning of October 25th, after gathering at the entrance of the aquarium, the children's adventure officially began. Stepping into the marine park, they felt as though they had entered a vibrant underwater world. We encountered numerous marine creatures, such as: the majestic and formidable great sharks, the endearingly clumsy sea turtles, diverse schools of fish, and the myriad forms of coral reefs and jellyfish. Surrounded by countless marine life, it felt like being immersed in a magical underwater realm, fully experiencing the enchanting underwater world.
The afternoon animal show delivered one delightful surprise after another. Sea lions spun with the grace of ballet dancers, clapping their flippers in joyful applause, as if offering their sincerest thanks to the audience. During their intimate interaction with spectators, the sea lions deftly slipped through colorful rings tossed by the crowd, filling the venue with children's laughter and enthusiastic applause. Next, dolphins emerged like ocean spirits, leaping and twirling through the water with swift, graceful movements. They swiftly pulled trainers forward, performed synchronized swimming routines, and even lifted trainers into the air for spins—each maneuver radiating power and beauty. The dolphins' display of echolocation offered profound insight into the marine world, leaving the audience in awe. The subsequent mermaid performance, another highlight of the event, featured performers holding their breath underwater without oxygen tanks while executing graceful movements. They appeared as if they were true sea nymphs, eliciting widespread admiration. The entire show was spectacular, allowing children to experience the charm and vitality of marine life.
Joyful moments always pass in the blink of an eye. This ocean exploration journey allowed the children to connect with the sea and discover its wonders, leaving behind an unforgettable blue memory in their hearts. We witnessed their growth once again—a truly memorable occasion. Let us treasure these beautiful memories deep within our hearts as we look forward to our next educational adventure.
