On February 5, 2026, Jiangxi Management Vocational College and Nanchang Bairun Vocational Training School Co., Ltd. (affiliated with SLARK Bairun Education) successfully held a signing ceremony for the establishment of an industry-education integration training base at the college's Meihu Campus. This collaboration represents a pragmatic step by both parties in response to the national strategy of “industry-education integration and science-education convergence.” It injects new momentum into the collaborative talent development among government, schools, industry, and enterprises in Jiangxi's special education sector, aiming to address the critical shortage of professionals in autism rehabilitation.

Lin Dongyu, Chairman of SLARK (Bairun Education), Xiong Honggang, Chairman and General Manager of Nanchang Bairun Vocational Training School Co., Ltd., and Su Lanyi, Deputy Party Secretary and President of Jiangxi Management Vocational College, along with other core leaders from both parties, attended the ceremony to jointly witness the launch of the collaboration.

As a professional institution deeply rooted in the field of special education, SLARK (Bairun Education) has accumulated extensive autism rehabilitation technologies and educational research resources, establishing a mature rehabilitation intervention system and standardized talent development framework. In his address, Chairman Lin Dongyu stated that this collaboration represents a strategic alignment and shared responsibility between both parties to integrate industry and education while responding to industrial demands. The base will adhere to the “Three Practical Principles” to build a comprehensive platform, supporting student growth and rehabilitation model innovation. Moving forward, both parties will deepen collaboration to fully develop the base into a model platform for “industry-academia-research-application,” cultivating high-quality rehabilitation professionals. The launch of this base also marks a new phase in their school-enterprise partnership, pioneering new pathways for autism rehabilitation talent development and jointly promoting the integrated advancement of special education and industry.

Su Lanyi, Deputy Party Secretary and President of Jiangxi Management Vocational College, expressed high expectations for the cooperative prospects. She noted that this partnership represents a significant initiative for the college to deepen industry-education integration and advance the development of its Speech and Hearing Rehabilitation Technology program (specializing in autism rehabilitation). She emphasized that the college will collaborate closely with Bairun Education to focus on the field of autism rehabilitation. Together, they will establish a high-level practical training platform, jointly cultivate high-caliber technical and skilled professionals, and coordinate technical research and development alongside social services. This partnership aims to effectively address challenges in practical teaching and industry service delivery while exploring new models for collaborative education between institutions and enterprises.
At the ceremony, representatives from both parties signed the “Agreement on Jointly Establishing an Industry-Education Integration Training Base.” Under the agreement, Bairun Education will provide a specialized curriculum system, faculty training, and rehabilitation technology support, while the college will be responsible for implementing and ensuring teaching delivery. Together, they will build an integrated platform encompassing “teaching and training, scientific research and innovation, and social services.”

This collaboration marks an innovative breakthrough in the training model for special education professionals, establishing a new paradigm for the integration of industry and education in Jiangxi Province. Moving forward, both parties will continue to deepen their collaborative efforts, promoting the seamless integration of rehabilitation technology and talent development to contribute to the high-quality advancement of special education.
