Empowering Growth

The Provincial CPPCC's “Three Deliveries” Outreach Initiative

Supporting Autism Rehabilitation Efforts

Spring has returned to the earth, bringing renewal to all things. On the afternoon of March 10, leaders from the Provincial CPPCC's “Delivering Theory, Warmth, and Culture to Grassroots Communities” initiative visited our center for a preliminary on-site inspection, accompanied by responsible officials from relevant provincial, municipal, and district departments. Zheng Hanzhou, Secretary of the Center's Party Branch, hosted the delegation throughout the visit and provided a comprehensive report on the center's operational progress. This inspection served not only as a thorough review of the center's rehabilitation services but also as a profound expression of care for all staff members and the “children of the stars.”

Upon arrival, the inspection team, guided by Secretary Zheng Hanzhou, toured core functional areas including individual training classrooms, group social skills classrooms, and group instruction classrooms. At each stop, the leaders paused to observe closely and inquire in detail. While observing a one-on-one cognitive training session in the individual training classroom, the patient guidance of the special education teacher and the child's active engagement earned high praise from the leaders, who fully affirmed the center's teachers' professional competence and dedication.

During the briefing session, Secretary Zheng Hanzhou delivered a detailed report on core aspects including the center's faculty allocation, rehabilitation philosophy, and teaching achievements, while also candidly addressing the difficulties and challenges encountered during its development. The inspection team listened attentively to the report and engaged in in-depth discussions on how to effectively integrate the “three deliveries”—theory, warmth, and culture—into care services for the autism community. This exchange provided clear direction and renewed momentum for the center's future endeavors.

Following the inspection, the leaders fully affirmed our center's solid work in the field of autism rehabilitation, commending it for its “standardized management, professional teaching staff, compassionate care, and remarkable outcomes,” which have genuinely provided tangible assistance to children with autism and their families. Simultaneously, the inspection team outlined clear requirements for future initiatives: - Conduct in-depth research into the genuine needs of families with autistic children to ensure that “delivering theory” focuses on policy advocacy and rehabilitation knowledge dissemination, “delivering warmth” emphasizes material support and psychological counseling, and “delivering culture” prioritizes inclusive activities and social advocacy, thereby extending benefits to every special needs child and parent; Actively mobilize resources from all sectors of society to rally more compassionate support for the autism community, fostering an environment of understanding, inclusion, and support to help “children of the stars” better integrate into society.

The visit by the provincial CPPCC inspection team not only served as a comprehensive review of the center's work but also provided invaluable empowerment and motivation. Before departing, the team highly commended the center's standardized management and the teachers' professional dedication, encouraging the center to continue deepening its expertise in the field and to safeguard “children with autism” with both love and science.

Next, our center will leverage the preliminary inspections conducted during this “Three Deliveries” grassroots outreach initiative to fully support the implementation of subsequent activities. Transforming the care of our leaders and the support from all sectors of society into driving force for progress, we remain committed to our founding principles of “acceptance, respect, care, and innovation.” We will continuously enhance the quality of rehabilitation services, actively explore new pathways for the integrated development of “rehabilitation + culture,” strive to create a more welcoming social environment for the autism community, and illuminate the future path for our “children of the stars” with professionalism and compassion.
