As time marches on and 2024 fades into the past, the Bairun Children’s Behavioral Rehabilitation Training Center in Qingyunpu District, Nanchang, has faced countless challenges over the past year. On the morning of January 19, 2025, the center held its 2024 Annual Summary Meeting to reflect on the hard work of the past year and to set forth a vision and outlook for the new year.

At the start of the meeting, the teachers took turns presenting their work reports, providing a comprehensive summary of all activities carried out in 2024. They not only highlighted the distinctive strengths of their work—such as effective measures implemented in curriculum delivery and parent communication, as well as the significant educational achievements attained, including outstanding cases in rehabilitation—but also candidly addressed existing weaknesses and shortcomings, while offering forward-looking perspectives on future development.
Subsequently, the Teaching and Research Department presented its annual work report and provided detailed feedback on the reports submitted by the faculty members, acknowledging their achievements while offering constructive suggestions and recommendations to address any issues.
Office staff conducted a thorough review and summary of various aspects of their work, including Party branch activities, teaching and education, moral education initiatives, and logistical support.


At the conclusion of the meeting, the two directors of the center spoke highly of the summary reports presented by each department and expressed their sincere appreciation and gratitude for the hard work of all special education colleagues. The directors noted that the team continues to innovate and grow year after year, with overall standards steadily improving, and they expressed full confidence in the Bairun . Throughout 2024, teachers approached their rehabilitation work with dedication and compassion. The Teaching and Research Department implemented effective measures in curriculum development, training, and research, yielding abundant results. Every member of the staff deserves praise.
Although some progress was made in 2024, 2025 still presents numerous challenges. As autism rehabilitation efforts deepen and societal expectations for educational quality rise, we must continuously improve the quality of our teaching and education to meet these challenges. We must actively respond to the call of the Party and the government, strengthen the leadership of the Party, solidify the foundations of education, and contribute even more to the development of special education.
