Exchange Event for the 2nd Jiangxi Provincial Autism Care & Service Promotion Initiative

Round‑2 Notice

To implement the spirit of the “Implementation Plan for the Action to Promote Care Services for Children with Autism (2024–2028)” jointly issued by the China Disabled Persons’ Federation and six other ministries and commissions, advance pilot work, and strengthen exchanges on academic research, outcome promotion and experience summary in the autism field, the Jiangxi Provincial Association of Mental Disability Persons and Their Relatives, in partnership with Jiangxi Management Vocational College, will hold this exchange event. The event aims to boost academic exchange and practical development, and deliver more scientific, systematic support for autistic children and their families.

1.Conference Fees: No participation fee for this event.

2.Accommodation & Catering Recommendations

(1) Participants shall cover their own accommodation and meals.

(2) Recommended hotel: Nanchang Evergrande Hotel.

(3) On event day (23 October), registered participants may enjoy free lunch with meal vouchers.

3.Transportation Guide

(1) From Nanchang Railway Station to Cuilin Campus, Jiangxi Management Vocational College: Take Metro Line 2 to Qingshan Road Station → transfer to Metro Line 3, exit at Exit 3 of Yinsanjiao North Metro Station → take Bus 179 to Yiyao Xuexiao (Medical School) Stop.

(2) From Nanchang West Railway Station to Cuilin Campus, Jiangxi Management Vocational College: Take Metro Line 2 to Qingshan Road Station → transfer to Metro Line 3, exit at Exit 3 of Yinsanjiao North Metro Station → take Bus 179 to Yiyao Xuexiao (Medical School) Stop.

(3) From Nanchang South Railway Station to Cuilin Campus, Jiangxi Management Vocational College: Take Bus 515 (alight at Yinsanjiao North Metro Station) → transfer to Bus 179 to Yiyao Xuexiao (Medical School) Stop.

(4) From Nanchang East Railway Station to Cuilin Campus, Jiangxi Management Vocational College: Take Metro Line 2, exit at Exit 4 of Dinggonglu South Station → take Bus 179 to Yiyao Xuexiao (Medical School) Stop.

(5) By private car: Ample free on‑campus parking is available.
